The Lovely Eggs have announced their new album, This Is Our Nowhere, will be released on May 4.
The two-piece will release the record, which has been recorded in their home town of Lancaster, through their own label, Egg Records.
Before the album is released, the band, comprised of husband and wife Holly Ross and David Blackwell, will play an 11 date UK tour, including a gig at the Soup Kitchen in Manchester.
The punk rock duo, who formed in 2006, have also teased the release of the album’s lead single Magic Onion, to be released on the Cardiff based DIY label Flower of Phong.
The 7″ will be limited to 500 copies, some of which will be on sale during the band’s tour in March.
The duo have said another tour to be held in May, to celebrate the release of their fourth album, will be also be announced nearer the time.
