The fourth A Carefully Planned Festival, which includes more than 120 bands playing seven venues, will hit the Northern Quarter this Saturday and Sunday.
The eclectic festival, which has previously attracted the likes of Alt-J, Everything Everything and Peace, will be held in The Castle, Cord, Gullivers, Kraak, Mint Lounge, Soup Kitchen, and the Whiskey Jar.
This year’s line-up includes Post War Glamour Girls, Tellison and Remember Remember, to name but a few.
But before the weekend gets in full swing, an opening party will be held on Friday night at Soup Kitchen, including performances from Christopher Falconer Lynn, Onions and 14-piece Swedish group Världens Band.
Punters who buy their tickets in advance should head to Gullivers, where they can exchange a ticket reference number for a wristband.
Tickets will also be able to buy from Gullivers on the day, but are limited.
Tickets for the whole weekend cost £15, with day tickets for Saturday or Sunday costing £10 each.
Doors for the opening party are at 7pm, with entry costing £5, or free for anyone with a weekend ticket.
