Klaus Johann Grobe
Swiss duo Klaus Johann Grobe will release new album Du Bist So Symmetrisch on 26th October via Trouble In Mind Records. As the pair release their third album for the Chicago-based label, they continue to defy description and blur the lines between electronic pop, dance music, synthesis and kosmische.
Ahead of the album release, they have unveiled a new video for the song “Out Of Reach”, directed by Ralph Kühne, a photo and video artist from Lucerne in Switzerland.
They say, “As always we didn’t give any input beside the track itself so Ralph could do whatever he wanted. We’ve only just seen the result and we absolutely love it! “Out Of Reach”, it’s pretty danceable, it plays with a couple of neat clichés and is probably the most ecstatic track on the album. Probably. However it was this track that really started our love for the claps. CLAPS!”
The band has toured extensively since 2014, highlights being supporting tours with Unknown Mortal Orchestra, The Growlers and Temples, and they have toured and played festivals in the U.S.A., U.K., Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, France and Spain.
