New York based noise rock trio A Place To Bury Strangers have shared the first single from their new fourth album Transfixiation, which will be released on February 17 through Dead Oceans.
Straight is the first cut from the follow up to Worship, which was released in 2012, and comes after two years of non-stop recording and touring.
In addition, the band have announced a US and European tour, which calls at Manchester’s Sound Control on April 5.
The band describes the new record as a “bold experimental step forward”, and that they tried to keep things simple rather than fixating on recording techniques.
