Daughter and Warpaint have joined forces to produce one off remixes of each other’s work.
The first track to be released from the collaboration was Warpaint’s re-imagining of Winter, from Daughter’s debut album If You Leave.
In addition, Daughter’s version of Feeling Alright has been shared, which is taken from Warpaint’s second self-titled album, which was released earlier this year.
The partnership came about as both bands shared a mutual appreciation of each other’s work, and have chosen their favourite tracks to remix.
Both remixes and the tracks they are originally based on will be released as a special limited edition 12″ EP by 4AD as part of Record Store Day 2015.
