North London’s GLOK has released a new cinematic single ‘Cloud Cover’ as premiered on CLASH. Travelling through a blissful sonic sphere of introspective electronics, dreamy flutes and hypnotic acoustic guitar sounds, his latest offering is an ambient dreamscape recalling the likes of Air, and Boards of Canada.
GLOK elaborates on the origins on the song: “‘Cloud Cover’ started life from a sample of a child’s musical toy with a worn out battery. So it’s natural that it became a warped, sleepy lullaby.”
