Liar, Flower have unveiled a video to ‘My Brain Is Lit Like An Airport’, the first single from their first album under this name. The duo behind the music, KatieJane Garside and Chris Whittingham have previously released music under the Ruby Throat name. Garside first came to fame in the early nineties as singer for Daisy Chainsaw.
Whittingham said ahead of the release:
“We’re just a tiny, super-self-contained operation with not much outside contact. It’s been 14 years and all our records are played, recorded, mixed, mastered, art-worked, videoed, etc., solely by us, and in the end there’s probably little else to say beyond the recordings.”
The album ‘Geiger Counter’ is out now on One Little Independent Records.
